  • Items marked as PRE-ORDER item next to their size means the item is currently NOT in stock
  • Items marked as pre-order will have their anticipated restock dates next to the size of the product.
    • For example: Size 10 - Pre-order (Currently out of stock. Anticipated restock date January 2021).
  • We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability however the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. 
  • If you are placing a single order that includes items both on pre-order and in stock items, all items will be sent together when the pre-ordered items are ready to ship.

  • By placing a pre-order, you understand that the estimated date of delivery cannot be guaranteed
  • We cannot cancel your pre-order once it has been placed, you must await the delivery

    Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to COVID19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible. However due to the ever-changing situation, delays may occur in all destination countries. The Latest updates can be found here.

    AUSTRALIA STANDARD: 8 - 15 working days (Mon-Fri)

    AUSTRALIA EXPRESS: 3 - 7 working days (Mon-Fri)

    20 – 40 working days (Mon-Fri)

    Special busy periods: during new range launches, re-stocks & sales please allow an additional 1-3 days on-top of the above (this also includes express items).



    • We dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business day. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will get your order out to you as soon as possible. Personalised items will be dispatched within 5 business days to allow for custom monogramming.
    • Once your order is on its way to arriving in your hot little hands, you will receive an email notification with tracking details to follow the progress of your delivery.
    • Don’t be alarmed if it takes a little longer, especially if your delivery address is remote or rural, sometimes the postman is super busy, especially around public holidays and the festive season.
    • Note: If your items are returned to us as the incorrect address was entered at checkout and your item needs to be re posted out. We will invoice you $11.95 for the new postage.

    All prices are in Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may incur.

    All products are sold on a Delivery Duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on receipt. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing any orders for international shipping. It is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia

    International shipping can take up to 20 business days to arrive


    We only ship orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and do not operate on public holidays. In the event of a product being out of stock when you order, we will contact you directly.

    We will email you to confirm your order and again when we ship it. Rural areas may require additional delivery time. Please allow up to 10 days for your items to arrive after you receive the shipping confirmation, Longer for International orders.

    Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the postal service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services and are not held responsible for any delays, return to senders caused by these services.

    Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. We cannot be liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

    Our collection of loungewear and sleepwear is sourced directly from the wholesalers allowing you to have a fast, hassle-free shopping experience. This also means that if you have purchased items from different brands you'll receive different parcels. e.g. If you order from two different brands you'll receive two parcels.... it'll feel like opening two birthday presents instead of one!  :)



    If you ordered a pre order / back order item (as outlined in the item name and / or in the item description), any other items in your order may also not be shipped out until the pre order delivery date. This also includes if Express Postage was selected.
